To the techie(s) I know and love

Question.
How do I make Winamp my default player?
It's currently VLC.
I think I like how small Winamp can get EVEN THOUGH they both do the same thing.

Email?

Afterthought: I should just Google it, shouldn't I?

Easiest way is to Right click the file you want to play and choose

Open with ---> Choose Program

(the window should say Choose Program you want to open file with)

Now check in the list below if Winamp is there if yes select it but if not there below now Click on the Browse button and select the winamp.exe from the path mentioned below

Path to winamp.exe
C:\program files\winamp\winamp.exe

Remember before clicking ok check the small box that says

[x]
Always use the selected program to open this kind of file

Here is an image of how it will look http://wisdom-soft.com/images/sh/sh_open_with_dlg.gif

and your done

Or follow the previous comment :)
