Ladies & Gentlemen,After several weeks, nay months, of relaxation, introspection, beaches & buses, motorcycles & elephants, new material and new songs being worked on, the Piranha is returneth to the blinding lights of the silver stage. One super show happened in Manipal last weekend following which this Sunday will be a gig with ANHAD and next week we will proudly return to Maya with a bunch of new songs.
ANHAD (Act Now for Harmony And Democracy - www.anhadin.net) is a Delhi based organisation who we have supported in the past with a show in Ahmedabad, and we continue to support fully with the show this weekend. It will be an evening of art, theatre, poetry and music celebrating cultural diversity. For those of you who are opposed to the forces of communalism which have permeated into our society, this might be a good opportunity to come show your support for more communal harmony.
Venue: Samsa (outdoor amphitheatre behind Ravindra Kalakshetra, next to the Town Hall)
