'Coz he just may read into it and possibly judge you? I've noticed that reading into it by itself isn't threatening, as long as it's coupled with a sense of genuine respect. Remove the element of judgement and I don't think you have any reason to be intimidated.

hoover nobody can judge me. not here. not in my own space. there is no intimidation. perhaps we speak of different things.
